qualcredito.com is made and kept up by one person, Cláudia Ribeiro. Bugs, offers the tool reads wrong, questions about the sums and press requests all reach her the same way.

- A FINE read wrong
- Say which bank the offer is from, which field came out wrong and what the right value was. There is no need to send the PDF: a FINE carries names, dates of birth and the loan amount, and a description of the field is enough to find the problem. If you do want to send the document, remove the personal details first.
- What cannot be asked for
- There is no advice on which loan to take, and no made-to-measure simulations: the tool is open to anyone, and it does the sums. Nor can a comparison be recovered — nothing you upload or type is stored on a server, so there is nothing on this side to recover.
- For questions about a specific offer — terms, deadlines, approval — the one to ask is the bank that issued it.
